From a young age, Ryan was always active, playing soccer and other sports outdoors until his early twenties. Despite working various office jobs, Ryan maintained a strong passion for exercise and health. This passion eventually led him to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) where he now helps people improve their health through exercise.
In 2011, Ryan began long-distance running, finding it both challenging and immensely rewarding. Over the years, he has completed several marathons and other events, making running a significant part of his life. This dedication to running has not only enhanced his physical fitness but also provided a sense of accomplishment and personal growth.
In his downtime, Ryan enjoys watching sports, catching up on movies and Netflix, and savouring oat mylk piccolos at local cafés. These activities provide a perfect balance to his active lifestyle, allowing him to relax and recharge.
