Favourite thing about being an EP? Helping clients reach their goals! There is nothing more rewarding then seeing hard work pay off (I think I get more excited than my actual clients lol).
Hi everyone, my name is Trevor and I joined Difference Health Group at Southwest Wellness Centre in early 2022. I'm a qualified Exercise Physiologist and look forward to working with clients to improve their health, quality of life and help them achieve their health-related goals.
I am a strong believer in the resilience and adaptability of the human body and strive to be adaptable to the needs of clients. I find it incredibly rewarding to see clients improve their health, achieve their goals and when they are empowered to manage their own health.
My main interests are in sport and exercise, training – specifically running and resistance training – and skill development. I also enjoy spending down time on social media, streaming Netflix, listening to podcasts and learning more about the human mind and body – the learning definitely doesn’t stop at Uni! I am looking forward to putting my knowledge and experience from study, clinical placement and professional practice to good use!

Hello everyone, my name is Lachlan and I recently joined the Southwest Wellness team as an Exercise Physiologist in 2022. I am excited to be finally working in the health industry and helping people reach their health-related goals, as this is a strong passion of mine.
My whole life I have spent in and around sport and learning about the human body. I like to try and apply these skills I have learnt over the years and my passion for sport to help meet my client’s needs in a fun and enjoyable way. Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing my clients progress and achieve their goals.
Hobbies? As you can probably tell: Sport! I love watching and playing soccer, music, cars, food, and long walks on the beach…..
Favourite Foods? Potato bake, potato salad, or anything with potatoes in it.
My favourite Sporting teams? LIVERPOOL, Dragons & Denver Nuggets.
I have been an Exercise Physiologist at Southwest Wellness Centre since 2017 & being a local myself, I am very passionate about the health of our local community. I believe physical and psychological health are strongly linked so I aim to provide a safe environment for my clients to express their needs and feelings.
I have experience working with clients of varying conditions, including metabolic, cardiovascular, neurological, psychological and psychosocial. Many of my client base exhibit some form of psychosocial disorder, including Autism & Intellectual disability, I find joy in helping them become the best version of themselves.
My name is Ryan and I have recently graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. I am passionate about health and fitness as well as helping individuals achieve their health goals. I have experience working as a Personal Trainer and working in gyms. I enjoy the simple things in life, hanging out with friends and family, going to the cinemas, eating delicious food, the beach, travelling, going for a jog, playing video games, and watching sports. I look forward to starting my new journey here with the wonderful team at SWWC and helping as many people as I can.
